He focuses firstly on organizational management aiming to grow memberships, enable members around him to develop their own skills, build stronger relationships, and create solid groundwork to allow for future success. Secondly, Troy is devoted to good, agile project management by way of clear communication and estimation/foresight, seeking to efficiently and effectively accomplish large projects with a diverse team along a predictable timeline.
